Attendants are on-site daily from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. to answer questions and take special instructions, and you’ll receive a text message when your order is ready.
Most drop-offs are ready the next day, so you can plan around a reliable schedule instead of waiting. There’s a simple $25 minimum for wash & fold orders—no hidden extras. Prefer a specific detergent or sensitive-skin product? Bring your own and we’ll use it for your order.
Your laundry is never mixed with other customers’ items, preventing mix-ups and cross-contamination. We separate lights and darks as needed, follow your written preferences, and return everything folded tight and bagged for easy transport and storage. Your clothes are processed on brand-new, high-capacity, eco-friendly machines (installed in 2025) that save water and energy while delivering a thorough clean. Larger capacity means comforters, blankets, and big weekly loads are handled properly without overstuffing, helping fabrics look better and last longer.
If drop-off isn’t in the cards, schedule pickup & delivery seven days a week. Weekly or biweekly service runs about $2.15/lb; same-day is available at $3.55/lb when picked up by noon. Clothes are returned the day after pickup, and you can add driver notes for porch or building drop-off. Manage preferences, pause when traveling, and skip contracts altogether.
