In 2025 we installed brand-new, eco-friendly washers and dryers that clean faster while saving water and energy. Choose from high-capacity 40-lb and extra-large 80-lb washers plus 75-lb dryers for bulky loads. Pay your way—coins, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, or Android Pay. We also provide soap vending and change machines on-site for one-stop convenience.

Expect a spotless, well-lit space with helpful attendants available 8:30 am–11:00 pm to answer questions and help you pick the right machine. Settle in while your laundry runs—free Wi-Fi is available so you can stream, study, or work. We’ve opened up walkways and modernized the layout for easier loading, folding, and carting.

We’re on Colfax near Kendall St, right across from the Loop at Lamar Station Apartments—quick to reach from Two Creeks. Park, load, start, and go. If you need anything, our team is on the floor and ready to help. Hours: 7:00 am–11:00 pm daily (last wash 10:00 pm). Self-service line: (720) 808-2834.

Wash & Fold Service

No time to DIY? Drop off between 8:30 am and 10:00 pm. We wash, dry, and neatly fold your clothes with a one-day turnaround and text you when it’s ready. There’s a $25 minimum. We use premium products, with optional upgrades to Tide or Gain; you can also bring your own detergent. Loads are never mixed with other customers’. Collared shirts and pants are hung by default; everything else is folded and wrapped.
