We text when your order is complete and charge your card only after the job is finished. Standard turnaround is next-day delivery; same-day pickup requires the noon cutoff.
Tell us exactly how you like it in the “Preferences” section—temperatures, detergents, drying settings, folding style. We save your profile for every future order. We never mix your laundry with anyone else’s, and we automatically hang collared shirts and pants; everything else is folded and wrapped in plastic for clean, organized returns.
We use premium products by default, with optional upgrades to Tide or Gain—or provide your own detergent if you prefer. Our Lakewood facility runs on brand-new, eco-friendly, high-capacity washers and fast, efficient dryers (installed in 2025) to deliver a consistent, hygienic clean for every load.
Prefer to swing by? Drop off Wash & Fold any day between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. We’ll wash, dry, and neatly fold your order for next-day pickup, text you when it’s ready, and keep your instructions on file. Minimum order: $25.
If you’re doing it yourself, our self-service laundromat is open 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. (last wash 10:00 p.m.). Pay with coins, cards, Apple Pay, or Android Pay. We’ve got free Wi-Fi, soap vending, change machines, friendly attendants (8:30 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.), and oversized machines for bulky items.
