We return your laundry the day after we pick it up—clean, fresh, and ready to put away. Collared shirts and pants are automatically hung; everything else is neatly folded and wrapped. Add special directions in the Preferences section when you schedule, and include Driver’s Notes to tell us exactly where to find your bag (you don’t need to be home).
Setting up service takes under two minutes. Tap “Schedule a Pickup”, choose weekly/biweekly or one-time service, enter your address in South Golden, and set any preferences (detergent, temperature, drying level, hang vs. fold). Your card is stored securely and only charged after your order is completed. Going out of town? Pause service from your account and resume when you’re back.
We never mix your laundry with other customers’—no cross-contamination, no missing socks. We use premium brand products and can upgrade to Tide or Gain for a small fee, or use the detergent you provide. Open 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. (last wash 10:00 p.m.) with attendants on site 8:30 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. Brand-new (2025) eco-friendly washers and dryers, free Wi-Fi, soap vending, change machines, and multiple payment options: coins, cards, Apple Pay, Android Pay. Have bulky items? Use our 40-lb and 80-lb washers and 75-lb dryers.
Everyday clothing (t-shirts, polos, blouses, jeans, shorts, leggings, sweaters), undergarments (underwear, bras, socks), activewear (gym clothes, joggers, hoodies), household linens (bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, kitchen towels), bedding (sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers), light blankets, baby items (onesies, sleepers, burp cloths), and business basics (work shirts, slacks, uniforms, aprons, table linens). For larger pieces like comforters and sleeping bags, we can process them—ask for guidance on sizing and turnaround.
