Choose weekly or biweekly recurring pickups at a value rate of $2.15/lb, or request on-demand service when you need it. If you want same-day, the rate is $3.55/lb with pickup by noon. Most orders are returned the day after pickup, so your weekend—and your closet—stay on track. No long-term contracts; pause anytime if you’ll be out of town.
Place laundry in a cinchable bag (or sturdy trash bag); we can’t accept baskets. Not going to be home? Add Driver’s Notes with your secure pickup/drop-off location. We wash your items separately—never mixed with other customers’ laundry—to avoid mix-ups and cross-contamination. We use premium detergents by default, with upgrades to Tide or Gain available, or provide your own products if you prefer. Collared shirts and pants are hung automatically; everything else is neatly folded and wrapped, and your preferences are saved for every order.

Prefer to drop off? Bring your laundry between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. ($25 order minimum). We’ll text you when it’s ready—typically next day. Premium products are standard, with optional Tide or Gain upgrades, or use your own. Your laundry is always processed alone, then folded or hung (pants and collared shirts hung automatically).
If you like to DIY, our Lakewood store features brand-new, eco-friendly washers (up to 80 lb) and 75-lb dryers installed in 2025, plus free Wi-Fi, soap vending, and change machines. Pay with coins, cards, Apple Pay, or Android Pay. Open 7:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m. daily (last wash 10:00 p.m.); attendants are on site 8:30 a.m.–11:00 p.m. to help.
Everyday wear like t-shirts, jeans, shorts, leggings, socks, underwear, and bras; work attire including button-downs, polos, slacks, khakis, and uniforms; activewear and athleisure such as gym shorts, yoga pants, sports bras, and moisture-wicking tops; household linens including bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, kitchen towels, tablecloths, cloth napkins, and aprons; bedding from pillowcases and sheets to duvet covers, light blankets, quilts, comforters, and sleeping bags; kids’ clothing, baby onesies, bibs, and pajamas; and small business items like spa and salon towels or hospitality linens—all washed, dried, folded, or hung per your saved preferences.
