Your clothes are washed, dried, and folded so they come back cleaner than ever—no detergent spills, no mix-ups, no missing socks. We never combine your laundry with anyone else’s. Collared shirts and pants are hung automatically; the rest is folded neatly and wrapped. You’ll get a text message as soon as your order is ready to be delivered back.
Tell us exactly how you like it: detergent type, water temp, drying level, hang vs. fold, and any special handling. Preferences are saved to your account and followed on every order. Not going to be home? Leave bags in a secure spot and note the location in Driver’s Notes—no need to wait around. Out of town? Suspend recurring service in your account and resume when you’re back.
Transparent per-pound pricing keeps costs clear: $2.15/lb (weekly/biweekly) and $3.55/lb for same-day pickup by noon. Your card is placed on file and charged only after the order is completed. Prefer drop-off? Bring laundry between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. for our Wash & Fold counter (one-day turnaround, $25 minimum). We use premium products by default, with optional upgrades to Tide or Gain for a small fee—or bring your own detergent. You’ll receive a text when it’s ready; we never mix your order with others.
If you’d rather DIY, our Lakewood facility features brand-new, eco-friendly washers and dryers installed in 2025, plus free Wi-Fi, soap vending, change machines, and multiple payment options: coins, cards, Apple Pay, and Android Pay. Oversized machines (40-lb and 80-lb washers; 75-lb dryers) handle comforters, sleeping bags, and bulk loads with ease. Friendly attendants are in-store 8:30 a.m.–11:00 p.m. daily.
