Standard turnaround: next-day delivery after pickup. Need it faster? Choose same-day service (picked up by noon) for $3.55/lb. Weekly or biweekly service is just $2.15/lb—ideal if you want laundry handled on autopilot with predictable timing and pricing.
Tell us exactly how you like it in the “Preferences” section when you schedule. We automatically hang collared shirts and pants; everything else is folded neatly and wrapped. We never mix your items with another customer’s. Use our premium detergents by default, or upgrade to Tide or Gain for a small fee. Prefer your own detergent? Send it along.
Scheduling takes under two minutes—click “Schedule a Pickup,” add your details, and you’re set. Put clothes in a cinch-able laundry or sturdy trash bag (no baskets). Short on time but nearby? Drop off between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. and we’ll wash, dry, and fold your clothes the way you like them. There’s a $25 minimum and a one-day turnaround. We’ll text when it’s ready for pickup.
Prefer to DIY? Our Lakewood location features brand-new, eco-friendly washers and dryers (installed in 2025), free Wi-Fi, soap vending, change machines, and multiple payment options—coins, cards, Apple Pay, and Android Pay. Attendants are on-site daily from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. to help with machine selection, including 40-lb and 80-lb washers and 75-lb dryers for bulky items.
