Standard turnaround is next-day delivery after pickup. Need it faster? Same-day pickup is available when scheduled by noon. Pricing is straightforward: $2.15/lb for weekly or biweekly service; $3.55/lb for same-day service (picked up by noon). You’ll receive a text message when your order is ready for delivery.
Place laundry in a cinchable bag (or sturdy trash bag) and tell us where to find it in the Driver’s Notes. No laundry baskets, please. You don’t need to be home for pickup or delivery. Your card is stored securely at sign-up and charged only after your order is completed. Preferences—like water temp, drying level, or folding notes—are saved to your account for every future order.
Your clothes are washed by themselves—never mixed with other customers’ laundry—to avoid mix-ups and cross-contamination. Collared shirts and pants are automatically hung; everything else is folded and wrapped cleanly for easy put-away. Expect consistent results, reliable schedules, and professional handling from pickup to drop-off.
Prefer to drop off? Bring laundry between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. One-day turnaround with a text when it’s ready. $25 order minimum. We use premium products and can upgrade to Tide or Gain for a small fee—or use the detergent you provide. As always, we never mix your laundry with anyone else’s.
If you want to do it yourself, our Lakewood laundromat is open 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. (last wash at 10:00 p.m.). Brand-new, eco-friendly washers and dryers (installed in 2025) accept coins, cards, Apple Pay, and Android Pay. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, soap vending, and helpful attendants on-site from 8:30 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. Extra-large washers (40-lb and 80-lb) and 75-lb dryers handle comforters and bulky items easily.
Everyday clothing (T-shirts, polos, blouses, sweaters; jeans, trousers, leggings, shorts), undergarments (socks, underwear, bras), activewear and loungewear, baby and kids’ clothes; household linens (bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, kitchen towels); bedding (twin/full/queen/king sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, blankets, comforters, sleeping bags); plus business essentials for local companies—uniforms, linens, towels, and tablecloths.
